July 2019 Salvation Army Christmas in July

On Friday, July 12th we hosted our 4th annual Christmas in July campaign to support The Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center!  Giving back to our community is something that is very important to us at Graves Realty Group. With the support of our wonderful clients, we are able to make a beautiful impact with every community service event that we host and Christmas in July for The Salvation Army was no different. We have the most generous clients!

We caravanned with The Salvation Army truck for pick-ups from TWENTY homes, and we had two clients deliver their items directly to us (Thank you Andrea and Jacquelynn!).  We also had two clients deliver items prior to the event (Thank you Kinsey and Roderick!). We made stops in Concord, Matthews, Gastonia, and everywhere in between! 

We are grateful for all of the items we received. We had some clients hold onto things for months to be able to contribute to this event, and we truly appreciate it. We received many household items and some large items too: a grill, lawn mower, a cherry wood baby crib, and a couch to name a few. We of course received a large amount of clothes, including a few nice men’s suits and women’s dresses. Clothes are always greatly appreciated.
