2019 Graves Realty Group Client Family Reunion

On September 29th, 2019 Graves Realty Group hosted our 3rd annual 

Client Family Reunion! It was a great time to reconnect with past clients and to welcome new clients to the family. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunny day and roughly 200 people in attendance! We all enjoyed a great afternoon of games, great food, raffles and fellowship. 

As one new client put it, “As a newbie to the area I didn’t feel out of place. I was welcomed by Shauna and Ray and everyone in attendance and the desserts were delicious!  I think it’s great they do something like this, and I’m looking forward to next year,” Kristen Smith. 

Habitat for Humanity - Books Build Homes

GRG holds community service close to our hearts. We collected books for Habitat for Humanity’s Books Build Homes program. Donated books are sold at Julia’s Café & Books located at 1133 N. Wendover Road Charlotte, NC 28211. Through the sale of local, organic coffee and food options and used books, Julia’s Café & Books supports Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope in our city. With the help of our very generous and giving clients we were able to donate 340 books! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continuous support of every community service partnership that we participate in.

GRG Family Tree

The GRG Family Tree was such a fun way to capture all who attended. We all enjoyed signing the family tree which celebrated North Carolina. Seeing all of the family’s names warmed our hearts.

Raffle Time! 

One of the most fun events during the Reunion each year is the raffle! We awarded gift cards to Amazon, AMC, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and a fall themed gift bag from First American Home Warranty just to name a few. And for the second year in a row we have awarded the “Traveled the Farthest” award to Doreen & Karim who traveled from Montgomery County, Maryland to attend the event (pictured below, top right corner). Our grand prize winner this year was Lillie Forde.  Lillie won a $100 Lowe’s gift card. Congratulations to all of our winners! 

Team Work Makes the Dream Work! 

Stephanie Ijames was awarded for World Class Service for her exceptional service to the team as the Client Care Coordinator. If you’ve been lucky enough to work with GRG in the past year then you’ve experienced first hand Stephanie’s impeccable service. She’s such a blessing to have on the team! 

Andrea Jasmin was recognized for her editorial support on the team. She produces the blog and newsletter and you may have also seen her acting as adjunct photographer at events! (Andrea owns an editorial service company, learn more at www.acjasminproofreading.com.)
